- Purification This product was purified from antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. Purity >90% by SDS-PAGE Specificity It can specially recognize the heavy chains and the light chains on all human immunoglobulins. Recommend Application Western Blot (1:1000-5000) Immunoprecipitation, IP (1:1,000-5,000) ELISA (1:1000-5000) Other applications have not been tested. The optimal dilutions should be determined by end user. Storage Buffer In 10 mM Sodium phosphate, 150 mM Sodium chloride, pH 7.4 with 30% glycerol without preservatives.
